We had previously secured a property for our client within Brisbane’s key locations. The strategy was to buy another investment property below $800,000. Our recommendation to our client was to split the risk and buy in other emerging areas near the CBD.

The owners wanted more, we made a small increase and secured the property for our client. Every negotiation is different, you just need to work out how to gain leverage.
