We were engaged by our client to secure an investment property. Our client required a property that was close to Brisbane CBD, in an area that had good prospects for growth and high rental demand.

We identified an opportunity and undertook the necessary due diligence to determine the value of the properties. We made recommendations to our client and were able to source a modern townhouse in a small complex of 4 within 5km of the CBD. We strategically bid at auction and were successful in securing the property for our client at the right price. The agent pushed hard for us to increase our offer at the duration of the auction; however, we stood our ground and made the agent have a tough conversation with the owner to reduce their price expectations
