We acted for a client who was the Power of Attorney (POA) for a friend who had transitioned into care. Our client was a busy person running their own business. They had many other responsibilities acting as the POA, so engaging our services was a great relief. Our client needed our professional help in guiding them with prudent advice regarding the property’s worth and salability. They required us to engage with agents and assist with the go to market strategy and oversee this process.

We took ownership and undertook our own due diligence along with organising property appraisals from two prominent local agents. We then put together a written agent appraisal overview for our client to review. After discussions with our client, we appointed an agent and instructed them to report to me during their engagement. We then managed the agent every step of the way, ensuring everything was being done to achieve the best possible sale outcome for our client. Our client was kept fully informed throughout the sales process.
