Fitzgibbon knows what is required from his support staff and much of the model comes back to trusting your staff and leaning on their individual skillsets

Many retail businesses have returned to a greater sense of normality with the risk of COVID-19 lockdowns lessening.
Regional prices rose exponentially in 2021. A key question will be if this extraordinary movement of the population to regional Australia will continue, taper off or reverse which will likely be a key driver in how regional markets perform this year.
Melbourne and Sydney have seen stock levels normalise over recent months, taking some urgency out of the market as supply and demand become more evenly balanced and more in line with pre-covid growth.
The state of play in Adelaide and Brisbane is very different; supply remains tight and buyer competition is a key factor supporting the upwards pressure on prices. Interstate migration is forecast to continue above normal levels.
