We conducted 15 physical inspections after shortlisting around 4 properties. After discussions with our client we made offers on 3 properties simultaneously.
Outcome:
We obtained an agreed price and secured a property in Bondi well below the expected price. We negotiated an extended settlement and access (pre-settlement) to permit our client to carry out minor cosmetic changes between exchange and settlement.
