We were instructed by a long serving client to find and secure a high exposure retail-bulky goods site to lease in the Newcastle Area. Our client is a national high end furniture retailer. We got to work and identified an off-market site (high exposure) where the current occupier was planning to move to larger premises in the not so distant future.

We were able to track down the owner and commence negotiations after undertaking the necessary due diligence on the property. After an extended negotiation we agreed to terms which resulted in our client securing arguably the highest exposed showroom in Newcastle Fringe CBD location.
