A older style waterfront property had come on the market which was located in a tightly held area. The property was due to go to Auction in the following weeks. Through our line of questioning, we discovered the owners were open to selling prior to auction. We swiftly got to work for our client, as there were other interested parties. We moved swiftly and established the properties worth, engaged in negotiations, presented our unconditional offer on contract and closed out the deal.
