The combined capital’s preliminary auction clearance rate came in at 73.9% in the last of June, the highest reading since July last year.
Unfortunately, the undersupply new properties will persist for some time with all commentators agreeing that there is no way we’re going to hit the housing construction targets required to meet our demand.
