PRICE: $5,675,000

THE BRIEF:

We were engaged to manage the sale of the property on behalf of a local family in the Sutherland Shire. Our brief was to undertake an initial property assessment, interview, and appoint and manage the most appropriate commercial selling agent.

JOURNEY:

We oversaw the sale process and ensured the agent was doing his best to achieve the right outcome. After a comprehensive marketing program, there ended up being interest from both owner occupiers, investors as well as the current tenant. Managing these potential buyers were key to achieving a great outcome for the owners.

OUTCOME:

The property was sold to an owner-occupier who offered attractive straightforward terms which were not subject to renewal of lease, extended settlement periods etc.
