After a detailed search and many inspections we were able to secure a property in a central position. This was very attractive to our clients as they were conscious that fit out costs had skyrocketed due to inflationary pressures. In addition to this we were able to negotiate an additional incentive by way of a rent deduction. Our clients could simply walk in and start operating.
