We were engaged to search and secure a free-standing clear span warehouse. It was vital that the property was positioned within proximity to major transport links. Our client operated heavy machinery, access in and out of the site was important.

Key Points

We found a property that ticked all the boxes for our client. The issue was that there had been an agreed price with another buyer. We approached the owner and were informed the buyers were requesting many conditions and delaying the exchange of contract. After undertaking our due diligence, we put forward our offer and terms without delay and issued the owner a signed unconditional contract. The owner proceeded and exchanged with my client. Win/Win situation!
