Property searches don’t always move at a predictable pace. If you haven’t secured a property by the end of your 90-day program, you can continue on a month-to-month basis at $2,160 + GST per month with no lock-in.

Do you work with buyers outside of Sydney?

Yes — the Guided Purchase Advisory works well for buyers purchasing anywhere in Australia. Because we’re working in an advisory capacity rather than physically inspecting properties on your behalf, geography isn’t a limitation. All sessions are available via phone, Zoom or Teams.
